My Father's Sin by Victoria Tryzno

I was a failure. Videogames all night long, junk food, no job. That pretty much sums up my life.
My dad doesn't give a crap about me and earns enough money for both of us, which is pretty convenient, because it allows me to live in his house without any concerns about money and all that adult stuff. I thought that I was going to spend my life like this.
But then I met her. She's just appeared out of nowhere. This girl was the smartest and the funniest person of all people that I know. I used to think that women have no sense of humor, but this girl made me change my whole perspective on life. She was very pretty too. Long silky hair and amazing body. Cliché.
I knew I wanted her to like me. And I also knew she wouldn't hang out with the pathetic loser that I was. So, I decided to change. I got a new haircut and new clothes. Then I went to the gym. I found a job.
We became really close. She made me open my mind to so many things. She showed me movies and books that I would never watch or read before. I even started giving money to charity. Obviously, I wanted her to be mine. I was obsessed with this person. The desire was almost unbearable. However, I knew that I couldn't be with her. Get ready for the big reveal: she was my sister. Her name was Sarah. She was my father's daughter from another woman. Her mother died and my dad decided to take Sarah to live with us.
I hate myself for thoughts that I've been having about her. They are just repulsing. Sarah gave me so much and yet all I want to do is hurt her. I decided to leave my dad's house. I can't hold myself back anymore. I know, with everything that Sarah gave me, I'm going to become a really happy person one day. Those unnatural feelings that I had for my sister made me a man I thought I would never become. Life can be so ironic.
