Mother by Victoria Tryzno

Mother was on her knees in front of the door to her sons room. She was crying.
Today was his Birthday. Mother was really excited, because she really loved her
little boy. She made him a big cake.

It took her long time to make it. But Mother didn't mind. She could do anything for
her beloved son. He is such a shy and quiet boy. When he first went to the
kindergarten, it was really difficult for him to find friends. But Mother did her best
to help him. Those boys were a bit scared after she had a little conversation with
them, but it didn't matter, because they became really good friends for her son.
Mother can do anything to help her little Teddy bear.
The cake was completely covered with chocolate cream. He loves sweats. Mother
could never say no, when he asked for chocolate or candy, or anything else at all. He
grew up without his father, so she did everything she could to provide him with whatever he
wants. There was a time, when Mother had to eat only once a day to be able to buy her little boy a
cool computer, so he could play his favourite games. Oh, he was so excited, when he got that he
even forgot to say thank you. But Mother didn't mind. She was really happy for her child.
Mother bought really beautiful candles for the cake. She couldn't wait for him to see
them. He really doesn't talk to her much these days. He just sits locked up in his
room and plays his computer. Mother hoped that candles would cheer him up and he
will spend some time with her. She knocked at the door and came in.
Happy Birthday, honey! I've made you a cake.
Put it on the table and go away!
She completed the order silently. It is such a pity that he didn't want to spend his
fortieth birthday with her.
