The Playlist & The Whole Life by Daria Dankova

-   Jake, I’m going to go to take some coffee.

Do you want something? – screams the young woman.

-   No, thanks – answers her the boyfriend. – Have a good time.

-   Bye, Jane.

-   Bye! Close the door after me – says the woman and leaves the flat.

She flies downstairs and comes out. Jane is an average high young woman. She has beautiful shape, long dark curly hair, and dark deep eyes with small sparks inside of them. She danced for ten years since her childhood, but after she had finished school, she stopped doing it and dedicated herself to education and work. Jane is very friendly person, has a lot of friends and boyfriend who loves her so much. And one more thing you need to know about her before she will begin her travelling to coffee shop: she loves listening to music in their earphones (like most people in our world). In her playlist Jane has music for different tastes, from mainstream, popular among young people, pop music to instrumental classic and hard rock. And each song is special. If we follow her and her imagination during this shirt trip, we will discover much more about her.

Jane put her phone out the pocket and wears the earphones. It is Bluetooth ones, so it takes time to connect them to the phone and get hearing some sounds in the ears. She has the mood to turn on the random regime of playing music (it’s even more interesting). And the first song starts playing.

It’s “Alley”, the rhythmic pop song about love and feelings of the man to the man. He tells us about experienced romantic worries. The music is simple and unobtrusive, but there is a bright memory connected with this song. About boy, her previous boyfriend. It was the first he, but love, but it was a mistake. No, the man was excellent: kind, attentive, caring and loving her. He also loved him, but that man was too low-educated and didn’t want anything in his life. He was satisfied by everything and one moment Jane understood that she wants to move up, and he kept her the level lower than she could to be. Jane left him. It doesn’t mean that she didn’t love, she did. But decided to let go and keep her own way. He said her just thank you for everything that was between them, didn’t cry, didn’t ask to stay with him. And after a few days send her this song.

Jane remembers how hurt was to leave the beloved man whom she hasn’t common future with. She lost 6 kilos in two weeks, didn’t want anything but overcame that and now has a happy relationship with another young man.

“Alley” stops playing and Jane intrigued waits what will be playing next. It’s always like a lottery; she didn’t know which of 739 songs in her playlist will follow her for the next three minutes. Which mood, rhythm, emotions will be provided. After a shirt pause, begins the next song.
