The Last Testament

Yaryna Pikh
Daniel was lying in his comfortable bed, looking at the ceiling and enjoying some eventual idle thoughts, as he always did at his evenings that used to be as lonely as his house on the outskirts of a big city.
You never know, to what your thoughts may you lead, was in his head. For example that day he had a strange situation in the elevator with a woman that has been working for a week in the closest department, He actually forgot what was the department responsible for…He could call her pretty, well not so pretty to ask for a dinner together but surely good enough to be next to and not feeling ashamed.

She used to wear high heels and that was the thing he always adored about women as if it defined somehow their feminine nature. So he was concentrated on that situation that was in fact more than trivial and it had been a long since he was a teenager and could blush just because of looking at some hot girl and suddenly being caught on staring…So she noticed he was staring at her and made him understand she noticed it. He got nervous and blushed immediately. Seemed it had been fun for her. Like a child, angrily assumed he and changed a posture and switched off the lamp.

Though changing the posture didn’t help. His brain didn’t want to have a rest. Why all the time one was seeking problems? What about that situation? Who cares if she spotted him, he totally did not care and he did not have a tiny reason to be confused. The only one perhaps that it had been a while since he genuinely had a thing for some woman.

That confused him in fact and even provoked him to think sometime he was a latent homosexual. He was not that aware as he was totally hetero but nevertheless he should have confess at least before himself there was not everything so clear with that woman. She had a husband and maybe that strange confusing was provoked by that fact?
He definitely must have visited a psychologist, there were crowds of them.
