Victoria is a beautiful girl.
Her long light curls, blue eyes, and a good figure are able to impress any man. Despite this, for twenty-seven years of  her life, she did not have the opportunity to go on a date with someone. She had no romantic relationship with anybody and the only man in her life was none other than Daniel. He was the man to whom she devoted all her life.
Their relationship is very strange. She devotes all her time and all her life to him, but he does not respond to her the same. Sometimes Victoria thinks that he just uses her, but her feelings are too strong. She feels dependent on him.
She has graduated from medical college three years ago. Since then she works as a nurse in the surgical department of the hospital. She believes that she was very lucky with this job. She grew up in an orphanage and has no relatives who could somehow help her in life. So she is very clinging to her place in this work especially considering that she earns much more than other nurses in a hospital. They believed that Viktoria gets a big salary because she has a relationship with a surgeon.
People make such conclusions because this couple always behaves in a very strange way. They are always together and do not have friendly relations with other colleagues. They behave detached and talk to others only if they need something for work. It looks as if they are guarding some big secret. And so is it.
This couple was not easy. In addition to the usual medical practice, they also dealt with more complex and even terrible cases. They have been secretly conducting experiments on people for several years. They invented mechanisms that can replace some human organs. And thus, this couple during operations replaces human organs, such as the kidneys, with their mechanical analogue, and then watches the patient's reaction. They sell the real human organs on the black market.
Sometimes people die after transplant. And in that case, these doctors come up with different ways to explain why this happened. They forge documents and give it out as an accident or something that was inevitable.
One of the murdered patients, as it later turned out, was the biological mother of Victoria. This woman, who twenty years ago threw her newborn daughter in the winter on the porch of the orphanage.  Even about the fact that this woman was her mother, Victoria learned after her death.
