Bad or good by Hanna Khadasevych

“Why me?” she couldn’t get rid of this thought for last few hours.

She recalled every single moment of her life and couldn’t understand why her? She lived a very good and proper life. She has always followed all the rules and she had never done anything wrong. She was a great child. She has always helped her parents, did all the homework and had only good marks. She was one of the best students at her university and took part in every activity there. Her entire life she has followed a healthy lifestyle. She ate only healthy food and tribed sport every day. She became one of the best doctors not only in her city, but also in the whole country. She saved as many lives as she could and it was actually a great amount of people. She remembered each patient, whom she had helped or at least did her best to help. She recalled all those things and couldn’t get why did it happen like that? Why did it happen to her? Why was it going that way?
She has stared on the little sheet of paper for last few hours and asked herself only one question “Why me?”.
Unfortunately, incurable diseases never ask what kind of person somebody is and how many good or bad things has that somebody done.

It was just an ordinary Saturday afternoon.    He was sitting on a bench in the park, gawking at people nearby. “This one may be a great new item for my collection. She is blond beautiful and absolutely stupid. She is a perfect victim for me. Or maybe that guy is better? He is very good-looking and well-dressed. I see in his eyes something that makes me going absolutely out of my mind.” thought he.
No, he wasn’t a bisexual Casanova or Don Juan. He was a murderer. He never knew, why
did he want to kill all those people. It was just his nature. And right at that time he was picking up a
new victim.
Suddenly an extremely loud sound began to come out of his pocket. It was his cell-phone. At
first, he didn’t realize what was that, it had never rung before. No one ever called him. When he,
finally, understood what was going on, he answered the phone.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Perkins, I’m Stive from the Tourist Company "Dream and Travel". Have
you replenished your cell-phone with iBox this month?” sounded from the mobile.
“Yes, I guess” answered perplexed Mr. Perkins.
“Than accept my congratulations. You won a one week journey to Hawaii. Can you visit us
tomorrow from 10 to 18 o’clock?”
"Yes, I can.”
“Ok, than I will send you the address in SMS. See you tomorrow. Good bye.”
Mr. Perkins was sitting without any movements. He couldn’t believe in his happiness. Now,
he can kill people not only in his town, but also on Hawaii.
