I, Pig Percy, being of sound mind, have the intention to declare that my brothers and I became victims of a serious crime.
During a walk in the woods with my brother Peter, we met a big bad Wolf. He immediately informed us of his intentions to use us as food. This is a violation of Article 2 of the European Convention of Human Rights, namely inalienable right to life: «Everyone’s right to life shall be protected by law. No one shall be deprived of his life intentionally save in the execution of a sentence of a court following his conviction of a crime for which this penalty is provided by law.»
After that, the Wolf ran behind us, but we managed to escape and hide in our homes. As a result of the pursuit, the wolf destroyed two our houses. Further, we were hiding in the house of our third brother.
The wolf could not get inside him through the door, so he decided to climb through the chimney. Then, for the purpose of self-defense, I was forced to remove the lid from the pan, which stood under a chimney. As a result, Wolf fell into a pan and received bodily injuries of moderate severity namely second degree burns.
Considering the above, please acknowledge my actions as legitimate and as a necessary defense. Also I ask you to oblige the wolf to reimburse all the damage caused and to claim compensation for non-pecuniary damage.
