Sometime in the summer a young electrician from the city came to the village. Unmarried girls spun around him, offered help or communication him. It was nice, but he nobody really liked.
Once the light disappeared on the farm. The milkers had to milk the cows. Mary ran to Peter to ask when the electricity would fix the light. The boy worked hard, so he did not hear when the girl entered. She stood silently beside the wall and waited. Eventually he noticed her. «Why do not I recognize her? The mother did not guess about the love of her single daughter. She brought her up on her own, after divorce with her husband. When the daughter several times fainted a few mornings one after another, the alarming duckling took possession of her mother. The suspicion confirmed. She found out who boyfriend her daughter, because she was watching the daughter a week. But mother did not say anything to her.
«Peter went to Ann last night. And today I saw how he spoke with Inga», - mother collected gossip about Peter, invented various false things (meetings of Peter with the other girls), and the daughter was in vain: she began to lose weight.

Daughter did not know that her mother wanted to save her, but ruined her life. Mother prays daily for the happiness of her daughter and mentally asks for forgiveness.
